Description
A magnetic separator is added based on the paper band filter. the cooling liquid in the grinder follows to the paper-band filter first, then magnetic separator separates the magnetic impurities from the cooling liquid. Non-magnetic impurities with the cooling liquid flow into the filter paper belt, then the paper filter separates the non-ferromagnetic impurities. The cooling liquid after filtration is used for the machine tool sending by the lifting pump. Compared with paper band filter, magnetic paper band filter can reduce the consumption of filter paper and reduce cost. This device is mainly used for all kinds of grinding machines. The machine is beautiful, with compact structure. By using this machine, we can reduce the environmental pollution, improve effective working hours, reduce the labor intensity of the operator of the machine tool. It also increase the surface finish of the workpiece and improve the quality of the products.
How to select
To choose which kind of model is determined by the flow of the grinder, moreover, the height of backwater and installation space should be considered. Magnetic paper band filter can also install comb separator, to use together with comb separator. According to the installation dimension, if the standard products is not proper, we can make it as your requirement.
