(1) Motor power can be determined by the effective width of B2,L1 and lifting height H.
(2) If the pitch of the chain plate is different,the height of H1 shall be different as well.

Description
This device works like this: Using the magnetic force of permanent magnetic matrial to attract ferromagnetic material of iron, slide on the stainless steel panel, so as to collect and transport the iron scrap. Magnetic chip cleaner is suitable for scraps, rolled iron scraps less than 150mm and small-group iron scrape.
There are two kinds of magnetic material, ferrite and neodymium iron boron. The magnetic properties of the ferrite are between 600-1000 gauss. The magnetic properties of neodymium iron boron can reach 3000 gauss. The space between magnets is 190.5mm.generally speaking, for dry process, ferrite material is selected, and for wet process, neodymium iron born is selected.
Magnetic chip conveyor is widely used in machining of ferromagnetic materials. Magnetic chip conveyor is an important chip cleaning device in water-cooling and oil-cooling machining. Magnetic chip conveyor can be used together with paper band filter, using for chip cleaning for gun drill.
How to select
Usually, the magnetic chip conveyor can be made according to the customer’s dimensions, and the model is determined by the width B2,named XYCP-B2.If you want to choose the magnetic chip conveyor, you need just tell us one of the lengths,L/L1 or L2,H1,H,and width B1 or B. Normally, angle is 60°，but for special conditions, it can be 30°or 45°。
