Description:

FS series horizontal chip shredder is mainly composed of worm gear reducing motor, chassis, combined skew tooth cutter, driving shaft and other parts. The reducing motor adopts direct-connection worm-gear type, and is installed directly on the crusher driving shaft, and drive the driven shaft through gear shifting, so as to form relative movement between the master driven shaft and skew tooth cutter on the driven shaft. The arrangement of skew tooth cutters on the main driven shaft are staggered, so that the materials entered can be squeezed, torn and cut to be crushed.
During operation, the material feeding speed must be uniform, instant influx of a large number of chips should be avoided, otherwise the machine will be easy to get stuck; Before leaving the factory, this machine has been equipped with the bottom basket, but the production may be badly affected if the bottom basket is used, therefore, it can be kept or removed according to the actual conditions of the site;
